R&R introduces you to mental training skills that improve performance and quality of life. These skills are based on the latest neuroscience and are used by Olympic and professional athletes because they want to be at their best.

Our goal is to teach you some tools you can start using now to make a difference in your life, so the session will be experiential and hands-on.
We’ll share a quick overview of how all this works, then spend most of the time learning and practicing these tools.
We’ll train like a physical workout – with sets and reps (without the sweat) – so you can build the skills you need.
We’ll guide you step-by-step and answer questions along the way.
No prior experience is necessary. Training is suitable for all levels and types of ability.
All veterans and servicemembers are welcome.
